Hi, I'm Eddy!

A perfectly planned Harbour Island surprise proposal!

A beautiful wedding day set right by the Tampa Bay hosted in the Rusty Pelican Tampa Bay.

I’ve had a chance to photograph engagement and family sessions at Plant Plark/University of Tampa and I will never get tired of it. The variety of scenery within walking distance is nearly unmatched anywhere else in Tampa. You have the river, the cityscape backdrop, the unique architecture of the Henry B. Plant Museum and some hidden areas of University of Tampa. And the best part? You’re already dressed up and within walking distance for a dinner date right after.

The night before our planned engagement session, Amarilys reached out worried about the weather and we chatted about new dates and locations. It’s Florida, after all. Even in November the rain can swing by in an instant. But, as you’ll immediately see in the pics below, not only did the sketchy forecast clear up, it […]

One of the coolest features of St.Pete is hands down all the graffiti murals strewn across the city, hidden just well enough that you have to know where to look if you want to find them. When Josh and Chelsea said they wanted a portion of their session to be in front of some murals, […]

One of the cool things about Tampa is that there are so many different vibes available for engagement photos. Early on in the planning process, I ask my couples if they want more greenery, beach or urban feel. For their shoot, Jess wanted something that resembled their wedding venue: a rustic, woodlands feel. She suggested […]

I’ve long been accustomed to traditional weddings, both as a vendor and a guest. It’s a grand event with dozens (sometimes hundreds!) of your closest friends and family. It’s a significant milestone in a couple’s life meant to cement the bond they’ve spent time forming together. But how many of us have attended a vow […]

The funnest part of surprise engagements is the ruse behind it. The future grooms I’ve worked with all had fun plans to trick their new fianceés into getting them to a location to pop the question. I worked with Mario for almost a month to nail down exactly where we were going to do it […]

Some of my favorite photos from Caudeane and Robby’s engagement photoshoot session at Curtis Hixon Park in Tampa, Florida.

“It really is an art. He was somehow able to exactly capture the fun, breezy, romantic vibe of our wedding day and our relationship, and allow us to completely relive this day through our gallery.”

"I never understood the skill and artistry of a good photographer until I met Eddy"

- Jaclynn

He took the time to get to know us, our family, and friends which made everyone feel comfortable and seen during the wedding day. Throughout the process he was a phenomenal resource for the wedding industry which made the whole planning experience enjoyable, smooth and seamless.

He is one of the reasons that our wedding will forever be the best day of our lives.

"We can't say enough WONDERFUL things about our experience with Eddy—"

—the attention to detail, ease of working together, his fun personality and his dedication to his work are top notch. Simply capturing the people that were there was one thing, but Eddy captured the emotions and the story behind the entire day and for that we will be forever grateful.
